DARLA DAY is a worship leader, singer-songwriter, artist, and Christian background vocalist based in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

She has lived in Bowling Green since 1992, when she moved there to attend Western Kentucky University. Darla is married to Chad, whom she met in college, and together they are the proud parents of their son, Jenson.

Worship is at the heart of Darla’s calling.  Over the years, she has released several albums, performed nationwide, and written original songs that resonate deeply with listeners.  Her wedding song “Love of My Life” became a viral favorite and has surpassed 27 million views on YouTube and has been performed at weddings world-wide.

Currently, Darla enjoys performing and recording in Nashville with the Gospel group The Choir Room, a collaboration that has taken her to major stages such as Bridgestone Arena, Belmont University’s Fisher Center,  and the iconic Grand Ole Opry, with many more opportunities ahead.

Some of Darla’s favorite artists to collaborate with include Forrest Frank, CAIN, Brandon Lake/Jelly Roll, Terrian, and Fred Hammond. Highlights of her career also include performing on the Dove Awards for the past two years, participating in various studio sessions, and singing in a music video for Angel Studios.
